Can companies outside the United States subscribe?
Yes, in countries Actual has enabled. If your country is still under review, you can create an account and use an available free plan, but paid upgrades remain unavailable until our legal, tax, and operational review is complete. Paid subscriptions are billed in USD; currency-conversion fees and applicable taxes may apply.
Are Actual cards and ACH vendor payments available internationally?
Not currently. Actual-issued cards and Actual ACH vendor payments require an eligible U.S. company using USD as its base currency. A plan may include these services without guaranteeing company eligibility; supported international companies can still use the plan’s other software features.
What makes up my monthly total?
Your monthly total is the base subscription, any additional admin seats, and the eligible payment-service fees you use. Production users are unlimited on every public plan, and Actual Max includes unlimited admins.
Do production users count as paid admin seats?
No. Invite as many production users as each job needs. Admin pricing applies only to people who manage company-wide settings, billing, roles, and access.
Do invited bidders or client reviewers need a paid plan?
No. Invited service companies can submit bids and invited clients can review published budgets at no charge. Your company needs a plan that includes the corresponding collaboration feature.
What does physical-card delivery cost?
For eligible U.S. companies on a card-enabled plan, virtual card creation is included. Each physical card order is USD 5 standard (5–8 business days), USD 20 express (4–5 business days), or USD 35 priority (2–3 business days). Delivery windows are estimates.
How do the Auto Invoice Import limits work?
Actual includes 2 imports per month, Pro includes 50, Studio includes 100, and Max includes unlimited imports. Each Auto Invoice Import creates a draft PO for someone on your team to review before accepting it. This allowance does not limit the digital POs your team creates directly.
